Adrienne Allen brings 25 years of real estate experience and 18 years as a Broker to her leadership role. Throughout her career, she has guided teams and brokerages through every market cycle, specializing in diverse sales types including auction purchases, REOs, and short sales.

Recognized for her excellence in leadership and mentorship, Adrienne was nominated as an Industry Leader in 2021 for her achievements as a Managing Broker. Her expertise spans operations, compliance, and team development, with a proven ability to create systems that drive efficiency and growth. Career highlights include launching a tech-based brokerage that ranked in the top 50 in Las Vegas within its first year, assisting in the acquisition of nearly 700 properties in just six months, and turning around a struggling brokerage to achieve profitability.

Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Adrienne has called Las Vegas home since 2011. Outside of work, she enjoys paddleboarding and cheering on her son at baseball games. Coaching and mentoring remain her greatest passions, as she’s dedicated to helping others reach their full potential.
